    • I hope I’m not being culturally presumptuous, Bipasha, but have you heard of the Bollywood movie based off of Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None,” Gumnaam It’s from the 1960s… Anyway, I also like an indie film starring Scarlett Johanssen called Ghost World, and there’s a song from Gumnaam in that film also, so my little worlds are all tied together now. =) Though regrettably, I don’t watch as much Bollywood as I once did…
Poirot is endearing. What a character!
      Thanks for reading my post!

  1. I love Agatha Christie, I’ve read some of her books (mostly Hercule Poirot series) like Death on the Nile and Murder on the Orient Express and Black Coffee… She was really one of the best and original in the mystery-suspense genre 🙂

  2. Can’t say that I’ve ever read anything by Christie, but when i was younger I experienced a similar love affair with the works of Edgar Rice Burroughs. I tracked down all of his books and read them by the time I was in college. Some interesting facts about Christie: like a lot of us, she experienced her difficulties getting published. It took her 4 years to get her first novel published. She was dyslexic. And she is #3 on the all time best selling list, behind the Bible and Shakespeare.
